Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are custom-made on-demand, our shipping process is split into two parts: production and transit.

1. Processing and Fulfillment Time
   Every item on our store is printed or created specifically for you after you place your order. Fulfillment Time: It takes between 2 to 7 business days to create and package your order. Once fulfillment is complete, your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, and you will receive a tracking number via email. 
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
   We pass live, carrier-calculated shipping rates directly to you at checkout. These rates and transit times are calculated in real-time based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. USA Estimated Transit: 3–5 business days after fulfillment. International Estimated Transit: 5–15 business days after fulfillment (depending on your country's customs processing). Please note: Total delivery time equals fulfillment time plus carrier transit time. 
3. Wrong Address and Unclaimed Packages Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
4. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
   International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
